Too Good to be True?
Had almost immediate improvement after a few days. Bathroom issues resolved! More energy! Sleeping much better. Due to going out of town, I did not take supplement for two days. Good product

When I read about Bio Complete 3, I got excited. This product might work for me. For years I was bloated and took a powder without difference. Too Good to be True?
Had almost immediate improvement after a few days. Bathroom issues resolved! More energy! Sleeping much better. Due to going out of town, I did not take supplement for two days. Shocked at the regressing! I am struggling since to get back to results I had initially. Things are improving slowly. The cravings for snack foods is bothersome. I had faithfully followed a very low carb regiment for over a year. When I increased my carbs, the weight has crept back up. NO surprise here.
